So, you have decided to help fight MS and will walk, run or ride at the Cowboy Capital MS Trail Ride, Fun Run and Walk. Thank you for choosing to raise funds to battle MS!

1. 1. 1. Download the Donation Sheet to use as a tool to help you keep track of your supporters and their pledges. You may choose to make multiple copies of this document, because folks love to support MS research. 
      2. Challenge yourself on how much you plan to raise. Set your goal!
      3. Complete the Donation Sheet (upper right corner) and sign it (upper right section.) If you are younger than 18, get your guardian to sign it (upper left corner.) 
      4. If you are able to get matching funds from your employer, please include that information just below the lined portion of the page.
      5. Now, choose whether you will do an old-fashioned “walk-about” and visit your fellow employees, family members, neighbors and friends (calling counts as visiting), or if you will go digital and use email to request support.
      6. Get creative! Use your social media and get your friends to support your efforts. Remember, it’s a terrific cause.
